"Mommy and Hope saved my tail," says Elvis. Rottwielers traditionally have their tail cut off, for cosmetic purposes when they are 3 days old. But, since we bought her from the pet store at 2 months old, and she still had her tail, mom lobbied to save her tail. When we got home from the pet store and Hope said, "Mommy please don't cut off her tail," there was no way we were going to do it then! So yeah!! Our Elivs has a tail!
